Children And Their Mysteries

Children are the purest form of the species, whether they are babies of human beings or animals. Their big lucid eyes, their beautiful round faces, their zest for life and their quest for adventure and knowledge is the most fascinating sight.
They say human being who does not love flowers and babies is a machine in human form. Children have the most extraordinary way of understanding, learning and looking at things. They are like pure white canvas which has the ability to reconstruct. Children do not accept the world as it is given to them. They always like to reconstruct it. They live in a beautiful world of imagination. They never accept a chair as it is given to them; they turn it upside down and visualize it as a vehicle. They visualize their loving parents as their pet animal, on whom they have complete control and unconditional love.
They have no inhibitions. They consider themselves as the center of the universe. The universe exists only for them and revolves around them. This confidence in them makes them the most beautiful creatures on earth. Their miniature size, their little bellies going up like balloons when they breath, their chubby cheeks and their large luscious eyes, their little feet stomping around, it is breathtaking. They have no fear and they believe nothing can stop them from experimenting and learning.
The next aspect that appeals to them the most is MOTION. I guess from the design of this universe they draw their inspirations, and concept. The earth and the planets are revolving, time is transient, life is changing, and creation is all the time evolving.
This concept of motion appeals to them all the time. At all time we see children when they are on their own, are always running, every toy is a mode of transport to some destination. A bench turns upside down into a car, bus or an aero plane. Little girls turn into little mothers of their stuffed toys. Little boys become drivers of this imaginary mode of transport, in which they give lift to their female playmates, who enjoy these rides thoroughly. All these little tricks they believe as realities from the depths of their hearts. We as adults would be thinking of astral travel and how to achieve it and little children would have gone and come back also.
The other aspect that appeals to them is COURAGE. In their talk you always hear them doing some Herculean task, because they have visualized themselves doing it, and they believe in it, they want to achieve that goal. This courage is what makes them strong enough to take the challenge of life beyond its limits.
LOGIC appeals to the children most. You tell them not to do something, they get perplexed and perturbed. The same thing put across logically, they not only understand it but also engrave it in their memory chip for life. Which is the foundation of their personality. If you tell them sternly ,they will still try to understand it by doing whatever you are stopping them from doing and find the logic of why your stopping them doing certain act. If stopped very sternly their curiosity gives them the obsession of finding out the reason by experimenting behind your back.
Their next venture is to imitate and learn whatever adults are doing. They want to be grown up and they feel trapped in infant body. Their intelligence and absorbing capacity is far ahead of the capacity of the infant body. They absorb every minute thing we adult may overlook, they want to understand the logic of why and how? They have an immeasurable amount of patience and insatiable urge to learn anything and everything new that appeals to them.
When they learn to walk, they fall a zillion times but it does not stop them from learning to stand and walk. They have to master the act no matter what. Their courage and sense of adventure takes them to the perfection of learning. When there is an obstruction in their way, they are flexible and they will take a diversion to reach their goal, but reach their goal is a must. Nothing can stop them from their hunger for learning.
These are the tools of children’s personality developments. Children, who are given the freedom to explore around under the kind and patient vigilant eyes, grow up to be most evolved personalities.
Children, who are constantly monitored and corrected with the iron fist, grow up as suppressed and scared personalities with lots of inhibitions.
Last of all they love a lots of praise, applaud, love and attention to sustain. You deprive them of it, and they whither away into unhappy zones, loss of self-worth, their immune system breaks down, they get overpowered by illnesses.
